Return & Exchange Period
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns & exchange due to personal reasons (e.g., exchange of size, color, or product), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective, or damaged), the return shipping cost will be covered by Arthefact. Once we have received the returned product and completed the inspection, we will immediately process and send the replacement item to you.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) & Sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for personal reasons, such as when the customer wishes to cancel the purchase. Refunds will only be granted if the product received has an error on Arthefact’s part, such as incorrect size, wrong color, wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be full refunded via bank account / paypal within 10 business days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank company to process and post the refund too.
